“Horrible Customer Service and Quality”

I ordered a Panoramic print from these for a Christmas present - very easy to upload pictures on the website however there was no warning on what the quality would be like. When it arrived it was horrible - The whole images was pixalated and could hardly make out the image - when i contacted them i got a response saying i should have noticed the bad quality on the screen when i uploaded the image (which looked perfect quality when i uploaded it).

Many ignored phone calls and emails later i still haven't heard anything and i'm £40 down stuck with a terrible canvas!!
