“Defect Retification”

I had in November 2014 bought a Blackvue dash cam as Cathedral is a reseller. In January 2015 the cable connecting the front and rear cams failed to work so contacted Cathedral who arranged a replacement under warranty from Blackvue UK which did not arrive, however when I reported this to Cathedral another one was sent out by themselves and was received within two days. Good service Cathedral but poor effort by Blackvue. Several other purchasers have since early 2013 reported the same fault as can be seen on the web but this has never been sorted out until the original cable goes wrong and replacement sent. Please Cathedral contact Blackvue on behalf or your customers and report this matter.
