Totally incapable of handling a simple change of address. Appalling waiting times for call centre being charged at 5p per min to wait to speak to somebody, with automatic system taking 3 mins 40 secs before being put on hold. Took 3 attempts to get the address changed as they keep getting it wrong. Foreign call centre with very difficult to understand accents and with no knowledge or understanding of British addresses or spelling.
