I didn't think it was possible for a company to behave so badly.
My parcel is now over a month late and after checking in with them COUNTLESS times I am told to come back in 1-2 working days. They can't even confirm that it's been lost - they don't know where the parcel is, but it's not lost?? What sort of a company communicates with their couriers over EMAIL and what sort of a sham company does not have a phone number?
Answers on live chat are robotic, no one helps, no one has any answers on anything. They reel off script after script as 99% of their customers have problems.
I would gladly spend the extra money on getting my valuable parcel to it's destination for it to actually get there. Perhaps if I hadn't stated what was in the parcel and how much it was worth it would have got there...
