“excellent customer service”

When I call to inform lv of accident I had been involved I must I admit have easy it was to explain exactly what had happen. The gentleman on the end of the phone was very friendly and informative about what the steps that would be taken to ensure my car was repaired. I was kept up to date about everything from liability, car repairs and car hire. From making the claim to receiving my car back repaired I have to say it was done without any stress or inconvenience to myself. Would highly rate lv to anyone and have even insurance partners car with them now due to the great customer service i received.
