“Probably the worst company i have dealt with”

I certainly will never use this company again! I have been plagued with emails ,txts and phone calls asking for proof of no claims bonus which i have authorized my previous company to forward to them,asking for copies of photocard and paper parts for both drivers licenses.In thirty years i have never been asked for driving licenses however i emailed over copies of what i had explaining that the named driver was waiting for his license back from swansea after changing address.Now they are saying that my license must be registered at the same address as the insurance. Ludicrous! There can be various reasons why you may take car insurance at a different address. eg someone who has there own house but stays with a girlfreind most of the time but doesn`t want to give up their house and be left with nothing if the relationship doesn`t work!
