I ordered some £19.99 flowers for my Grandmas 95 birthday, for next day delivery. They use Yodel (a unreliable service anyway) to deliver. I was informed at 8.30pm that the flowers didn't arrive, courier couldn't find the location. The location is a well known nursing home with a 24 hour reception. There is no way the courier even attempted to deliver, the nursing home is sign posted, there's a big sign saying reception. The nursing home had been looking out all day for the flowers. Yet they could not deliver. Serenata flowers cannot deal with my complaint because it takes 48 hours for the courier to get back to them. I have asked for a refund as they have missed the moment. Terrible company poor customer service, no telephone number, my advise stick to the local well known florist that hand deliver, at least they never let you down. Thanks Serenata you've ruined what probably my Granmas last birthday. I only saved £5.00 using Serenata, what a big mistake I made.
