Delivery system is the problem. Goods are shipped from what is probably a local Bathstore to a remote delivery company and then trucked back to you. Delivery promised for a certain day but the goods did not arrive at the remote location until late on that day so no way they could be delivered to site on the promised day. Even worse, there was no notification of this so we waited in all day for a delivery that never could be made.
