The four stars are primarily for the excellent customer service I've received through their live chat. We've been with dataflame for several years and things are generally good--sometimes slow (this is a shared hosting package, so that can always be the fault of one of our fellow hostees if they're getting a lot of traffic) and in the past I've noticed when logging into cpanel, their security certificate has been flagged as inactive. But their customer service is excellent and very quick to respond, and thus far it balances out the few hosting issues I've had over the years. In my 19 years' experience with hosting services, the truth is that every host has problems... it's how they deal with it that makes or breaks them.
