I placed an order for a mattress and was given a selection of delivery dates. I chose a convenient date over a week away. It didn't arrive. I phones the company and they told me the supplier had been closed over xmas, had only just reopened and was catching up with orders. I pointed out they were allowing people to choose delivery dates during the period which the supplier was closed and I was told management had been informed of this issue but clearly they weren't too bothered.
I was offered a Saturday delivery at no extra charge which I stupidly accepted. So after waiting in all day, no mattress. I emailed them on Saturday, and then called again on Monday morning. Noone is answering the phone or email. I've even resorted to twitter with no reply.
So if you order here, you could be causing yourself an aweful lot of hassle. You might get lucky and your goods will arrive on time and as described but if not, then don't expect them to listen to you.
I'll be asking my credit card company to recover my money.
