“extremely poor service.”

This company has very poor service standards. After initially stating they provide one day payment they have now stated that it is the banks fault this is still not set up. When i have tried to contact them chasing my payment i have spoken to patronising people who keep repeatedly saying it will be with you shortly and refuse to do anything else about it. It has now been 6 days and still no payment.
