“Extremely late delivery”

I place an order to be delivered to friends for Christmas. The first available delivery date during order was listed as 24 December. After many attempts to find out why delivery was not being made, they finally delivered the flowers on 5 January. Then they still got the date wrong and reported the flowers delivered on 10 January. Furthermore, the arrangement advertisement was made up of candy and included many well known brands. Instead, cheap substitutes were used to save them money. When I order candy that is listed as Nestle, I do not want to receive some trashy brand from Russia. Horrible service and a horrible product. Avoid at all costs!!
