Ordered pendant / necklace 06.01.15. Order arrived promptly however box, with receipt present but they had failed to pack the actual pendant / necklace.
Tel call straight to customer service last week, apologies, will resend straight away. Still waiting. Another tel call today as still no order, will resend again, should arrive end of next week.
Can safely say willNOT be holding my breath. Lesson learnt, just stay with GEMS TV as never been let down by them.
