Made a reservation with bookit for caesars palace. When I needed to make changes to reservation ( more friends coming with me) I was told I needed to cancel and make a new reservation. However it would cost 100% of 1 night plus an additional 19.99, to cancel. That's bull carp. Hotel has free cancellation policy up until 3 days before reservation. I feel like they are taking advantage and am very disappointed with their customer service. I will not be using them again, even though I've been loyal to them for years. I will also advise all of my family and friends of this. Never using them again!
