“Informative friendly service ”

The gentleman who processed our booking was very friendly, helpful and informative, in particular the details regarding check in process for Ryanair flights. Just ashame that website prices are not up to date, when spoke to advisor price increased for both the flights and accommodation, very misleading. Feel use low prices to draw people in. Had already calculated with another provider and initially showed much cheaper but once prices updated not no different. Recommend that sunmaster keep there prices online up to date. This may affect my decision to use sunmaster in the future. However, the advisor I dealt with and the reassurance given meant that I decided to go ahead with the booking.
