“Easy Transaction and a good price”

Very Easy, it was a good price offered for the phone which we accepted and within a couple of days the packaging arrived. We reset the phone and put it in the special packaging and took it to the Post office and obtained the proof of posting.
It took about 5 working days to reach them and be tested and then took 5 working days for the money to reach my Bank account(which is what they said it would take) which is the only negative point with electronic transfers it shouldn't take that long.
We were satisfied with the overall process
