“Excellent service”

Ordered a washing machine & fridge , was told would be delivered 13th January, and would be given a delivery time and a text before delivery.
On the morning on the 13th text at 7.00 to be told would del between between 7.20 & 11.20, at 7.30 phone call to say would be delivered in 10 mins, turned up took all the packaging away and my old machine excellent.
