“Average overall”

I got referred by my insurance company in which i slightly regret accepting. I was told by other garages that the work needed would be a maximum of 2 days in which nation wide told me it would take approx 10-14 days or so. I thought as they have gave me a longer waiting period they must be genuine with their work.

My car has been with them for over 2 weeks and i am still being told that work still needs to be done to it which i personally believe for such a minor job it shouldn't take that long at all.

The only thing i am happy with is the staff that receive calls because they are always calling me updating me and they are always more than happy to help me. I believe if they done the work a bit faster they would be the best repair company at the current time.
