“Shocking”

Claimed for the first time, after paying on time every month never missing a payment , sent my phone away as asked took them nearly 3 weeks after endless phone calls to them they sent back the phone , at first it felt weird a lot thicker screen then usual but I thought it was just me been silly , after a week the screen started coming away , later was I to relise when I rang them of the problem they had not used a genuine iPhone screen with voided my warranty with Apple , as the phone was having problems Apple explained if I was to bring the phone back to the Apple Store they would do a straight exchange , but due to city main not using genuine parts on the phone the warranty was void , after furious and many phone calls to city main and to be spoken back to rude and very un helpful they finally accepted liability, I was phone less for yet again another 3 weeks when they returned a like for like phone , they sent back a black iPhone , mine was white !!!!! I'm so unhappy with the service and would not recommend this phone insurer to any other person .
