“AVOID AT ALL COST TERRILBE ”

The company it is not under CAROl Nash anymore (she sold it ) and ever since everything is bad about them.

Bad customer services
Bad repair centre
Rude staff
Bad customer complaints dept.
Bad everything

After a damage to my motorcycle (third party admitted responsibility) took them 3 months for them to repair my bike and send it back to me ,no courtesy bike given.
That meant i lost 3 months of paid insurance to them,3 months of paid tax and 3 months without a bike right in the summer months.
I have 6 months to complain to ombdusman and guess what I WILL DO .

By the way i was a loyal customer for many years.
