“Poor customer service, misplaced the delivery”

Such a big UK Mail parcel service should improve their customer service, customer service no. is not a free no. so the connection should establish with in 5 minutes of time but it takes more than 30 minutes, lady on the phone wasn't giving answers properly, since UK Mail misplaced the delivery and they are responsible to investigate and intimate promptly to the customer but it didn't happen in my case, I have to chase it for three weeks time, eventually nothing happened from UK mail side so have to cancel items, totally time, money waste...

Apple shouldn't use UK Mail in future to delivery the items.
