“simple and straightforward”

when i called to book this holiday, your rep was very accomodating and helpful, the process was simple and easy, so for those who are unsure about booking from online /over phone etc its a failry simple process
the documents were with me very quickly and in an easy format to print off and keep track of.
Would definately use LCH again
