“DONT even think about it!! ”

I sent them two iPhone 4s one had broken and the other had a cracked screen. Obviously knowing that the original 'high value' given would never been seen. However I knew the street value of my phones ie. eBay, Gumtree, local repair shops... I was reluctant to sent my bank details at the start as with so many 'recycle' (re-sell!!) mobile
Company's suddenly appeared who knows who's running them. I phoned to double check how genuine they where. I went ahead and sent my phones. Over two weeks later I hadn't received any correspondence about my phones so i phoned them to discuss..I was told that 'the post was late and they had just recieved them' I also got told the new value of my phones, which was a huge difference to the original price and a lot less than eBay etc. So unhappy about the valuation as my phone 'worked' (adding a new casing for average £10 would of made the phone mint condition and therefore allowed me the full £60? Just a thought! ) anyway I obviously and clearly ask for my phones/items to be returned to me. I had to say I was annoyed as they had not contacted me at all since i sent the phones and clearly now it had donned on me I was dealing with a  company who's only concerns is money and greed and certainly not customer service. I was hung up on during this conversation with the f word clearly being heard as this happened. I obviously upset and angry emailed to complain. Here I was told that i didn't reply to the invoice email that stated the new value of my phones,! I DID NOT RECEIVE this email!! I clearly stated I wanted no payment and only my items returned and a copy of this email that was supposedly sent pryer to that phone call asking for my items to be returned on which they clearly weren't. Through out my dealings with igadgets I have received no customer service care what so ever even through email!! Just rude and abrupt!! And even no reply whatsoever, so I had to give them deadlines to reply, still nothing. Once you have sent your phones in the plastic bag you have crossed there terms and conditions!! They are fully aware if this and don't give a toss as there is nothing you can do! You will always be in the wrong!! You even have to pay to get your phones back!! Read other reviews as there are so many similar to my own!! Don't deal with this company as you will get the lowest amount even though it's advertised as the highest!! ( wonder why that is??) I have took this to trading standards and even the police  Had the same experienc? and don't want greedy arrogant selfish company's who's goals in life is to deceive through coercion to exist then please contact the above authority's and make our case stronger. Keep all your emails/correspondence and record phone calls made to them.

Use eBay no hassle and you get realistic price, Don't feed this monster!!
