“Jumper had hole in , still awaiting replacement.”

This present was found to have a hole in the front due to a flaw in the yarn. It was returned to you between Christmas and the New Year. Receipt was acknowledge but I still have not recieved a replacement.

OBSERVATION
I am sorry Woolovers but a review using this company is not the best for customer relations. Much better to have a review are on your own web site.
