“Never Rent a car from SIXT”

I've booked a Mercedes-Benz A-Class aut. for this morning 10am, at 8:30 I've received a phone call from the branch telling me that they don't have any cars with the class I've booked and that they are really sorry.
So when I've asked them what cars they have they told me that they have only vans and that they are really sorry to let me down.
What a great company!! So UNRELIABLE!!!!
NEVER AGAIN!
