“Absolutely awful ”

Made an order in early december 2014 and to this date received only 2 of the 8 items ordered. No attempt made by firm to inform me what is happening to order. I have to keep chasing them. Turns out items are out of stock (still the case a month later!). Company closed for whole xmas break and clients left to suffer. Staff not concerned about customer - quite willing to refund instead of chasing order making empty promises.
ABsolutely awful company - better to go elsewhere and pay full price - at least that way you get the products. Not even tell you when you order that the items are out of stock. Terrible attitude and company
