The booking details were wrong that were sent to AVIS from your company. We live in Australia NOT England. We had confirmation of pick up from Auckland and drop off in Wellington - AVIS do NOT allow this with the vehicle we hired. AVIS finally approved but it took toll calls to AVIS direct to achieve the desired outcome...at our expense.
