“very iffy company!”

We have booked with this company for Limak Limra Hotel in Kemer Turkey for April of this year. I particularly asked to be accommodated as near to main building as possible - explaining that my wife has medical problems and has difficulty in walking. On looking at our documents, it seems that we are in the Limak Limra Park Hotel which I am told is across the road - far away from the main complex. On complaining, I was offered an up-grade to the main hotel of £120 each! So far I have refused. My next e-mail will be to Super Escapes to put in a grievance. I have not much hope of getting any joy from them as they have a couldn't care less attitude. The next step will be ombudsman . Will keep you posted!
