I ran a search for the chim burner bio ethanol burner on google. The results came back with a few retailers selling the product. I decided to go with The Internet Gardener as the price under the google search mention there was free shipping.
At the product page on their website it states that delivery is usually between 2-5 working days.
I ordered the product on 7 January 2015. Unfortunately not only was I charged the delivery cost (I understand the website itself states free delivery only for orders over £50 but the google search states that shipping is free). So I emailed the company asking for a specific delivery date and was told it would be sometime next week (W/C 12 Jan). I called the company on 15 Jan asking if they could tell me if the item had shipped already. I was advised that I would get a call back very soon. 90 mins later I called back again and I mentioned I was waiting someone to tell me when I could expect delivery (so that I can ensure someone is at home to receive it). I was put on hold and was finally told that I would get an email confirmation about my delivery but it should happen on Friday 16th or Monday 19th Jan.
This is not only more than the quoted 2-5 days delivery time as quoted on the website, but I have yet for someone to tell me an exact date of delivery. Had I known it would take this long I would have used the services of another company. Perhaps this company should get in touch with it's customers when they are unable to fulfil the delivery within the specified time.
