Failed to deliver on time. Customer service department were a waste of time and declined to provide the information I requested
Ordered flowers from Interflora in Warrington for mothers 70th Birthday in Carlisle. They allocated the order to a shop in Whitehaven approx 90 minutes away, despite there being shops in Carlisle. Despite having the order over 24 hours the Interflora shop in Whitehaven decided 'late on Saturday afternoon' that the order was out of their area. It appears they didn't tell anyone they were not going to deliver. Trying to get an answers from Interflora Customer Service was a waste of time and I felt they showed a complete lack of compassion. Despite asking for the details of the shop in Whitehaven, they declined to do so.
