Just renewed for the second year with One Call, service agent KB6 took me through a couple of changes on the policy, renewing with changes took less than 10 minutes. I've also used the home emergency cover provided by One Call and can't fault that either. Finally, this company does not seem to take the mick with renewal pricing, unlike some companies I have used in the past their off-the-bat policy renewal pricing is pretty competitive, without you having to call them and threaten to leave! Overall an excellent service that I would definitely recommend.
