“poor customer service”

Booked and paid for holiday in April 2015,found out through a review site that the hotel on arrival will also require a €150 bond, l contacted teletext customer services to query this they said information was wrong so l asked them to confirm this in writing. So far after 3 phone calls and emails,still nothing. Contacted the hotel and they said yes they do require a bond and they want cash, so thats another exsense. Avoid these people!!
