“Flying lufthansa.. Never again.... ”

I had really terrible experience with Lufthansa. Very arrogant customer service. Didn't reschedule the booking after they refuse boarding for one of 4 passenger in my family. This is my first and last Lufthansa flight. Will never fly with them again. I highly recommend against using this airline. If anything goes wrong and if its your fault they will not help you. They will only help if you pay huge money. In my case they asked me to pay $2000 to reschedule while I can get new ticket for less than $900 from other airline. My wife was refused due to German visa requirement while I and my 2 small kids were allowed to travel. Now my wife is stuck in India while my kids are with me in Canada. They say flight are fully booked but if you pay the amount we will let her travel. Money comes first and customer service later.
