I ordered my pair of glasses after eye check on 4th October 2014 in Golders Green Specsavers, to date (3 months) I have still not able to collect it. It is the worst optician I have even come across.
The staff promised to call or text me when the lens are ready, I waited over 2 weeks, but no one contacted me so I popped in to Golders Green Specsavers to found the lens was blured (incorrect cutting). Another couple of weeks passed Specsavers did not make any contact as promised. When I went in to the optician in the third weeks, my varifocal lens was only partially clear. I could not see mid-destance but reading and far sigh, but I was strongly advised to bring it home to try for a couple of weeks, which I did, however it made me headache, so early December I had to bring the pair back to Golders Green Specsavers, but the same procedural seem to repeating, and I have eye rechecked to compare....etc.
The 4th time I brought the glasses back to Golders Green Specsavers on 30th December, the final 3mm measurement and adjustment seem to be ok, and I shall expect to collect it in one week time, however again to dated almost another 2 weeks passed, but no one contact me regarding my glasses.
I then called on 10th January again in order to find out what was went wrong, I was informed that the manager was with customer but will return my call after she finished, until now another 3 days passed, no call has been received. I mainly use Visual Express and SpecSaver from time to time, this is the worse optician experience I have ever had in my life. The quality of service is down to bottom, the working abilities is poor and inefficiency, very disappointed.
Never use SpecSavers!
