“Great Kitchen Design - Exceeding our Expectations”

We had been looking for a new kitchen for a few weeks when we were recommended to Optiplan- Thatcham. Marcia was fantastic, she came to our house to measure up and interpreted our requirements brilliantly. The design we discussed at the time was brought to life and when we returned to the showroom to discuss the project Marcia went through every detail and explained the price make-up very clearly and openly (unlike many we've come across). Yes, as you may expect, Optiplan aren't the cheapest, but we didn't want 'cheap' and when everything is taken into account, price of units, appliances, installation, etc they are not as dear as you may think, especially when you consider the 'hidden extras' some others may add on once the order is placed. To sum up, if you want a great kitchen designed to meet your requirements, go and see Marcia at Thatcham - if she can't do it, I doubt anyone could.
