“Very Rude staff and bad service”

A family member sent me a parcel from abroad. I wasn't even notified that I have a parcel to collect. The parcel is still undelivered. I called a couple of times to know where to collect my parcel and how to pay for the custom fees but two of their staff members were extremely rude they hang up on me every time they recognized it's the same person. I advice any person sending or receiving parcels not to deal with parcel force because you will waste money and time and have a very bad customer service.
