“Failure to deliver goods”

Having bought vouchers online for my parents birthday, the vouchers never actually materialised, we are still waiting some 8 days after the birthday. Failure to deliver really falls to UK Mail the courier company Go Outdoors use, however, Go Outdoors themselves whilst a little more helpful still haven't resolved the problem.
