“BMW change oil service”

It was my first time with Kwik Fit and what I am going to tell are just facts, I leave the conclusions to the readers.
I went to Kwik Fit in Clevedon for a BMW oil change service and MOT tempted by a promotion. This kind of service takes in average half day in a BMW dealer. It took an entire day (left the car at 8AM and took it at 6PM). The oil quality was average but not premium, they did not reset the service schedule in the car ECU and when asked to do it first they said that they have already done but facing the evidence they tried a second (?) time. They looked not familiar with the procedure neither familiar with the ECU programmer and spent around 20 mins to finish . Then when maneuvering to leave the garage the DSC, ABS and Brake amber warning lights went on. I complained to the manager but they said that they did nothing that could cause the problem. Well, straight to the BMW dealer and was confronted with a DSC unit faulty and have to pay £2500. End of story and end of Kwik Fit.
