Changing my name was such a simple process and it is really convenient that it is all done online through emails and you get assigned a contact person who is only a phone call away if you need their help with anything. Their are alot of questions that you have to answer and statements that you have to agree to but they are simple to understand. My only bad point is they told me i would get an email of my ecopy to aprove by 3pm and it didnt arrive untill 6pm but general im very happy.
