My friend recommended this to me. I have only been taking it for just over a week but today I noticed my skin on face has a lovely dewy sheen to it and somebody commented me on it. I am 40 and my hair has started to thin and lots comes out in the shower. I am hoping that in time it will improve this too. I shall come back and update in a couple of months as I bought 3 packs with Boots 3 for 2 offer currently running.
