“I have literally been a customer of kays for about 20...”

I have literally been a customer of kays for about 20 years now and dread to think how much money I have spent with them... must be well cover £10K at least as furnished my first ever home by them. During the 20 years I have lost my job just the once due to company going into administration and not paying any of us our salaries owed.... telephoned kays explained... did they care... no... 20 years of loyalty and first time I could not make a full payment not only did they start charging my account but sent me letters threatening credit despite the fact I was paying them maybe half of what I should have been out of some savings but couldnt pay in full due to mortgage commitments as we all know banks dont care either. I am back on my feet and only 2 more payments of getting rid of these idiots... shame on you all!!!
