“I am disgusted with the service I have received from...”

I am disgusted with the service I have received from Kays. I purchased a Netbook from them but it was faulty - It took 4 weeks for it to collected. Then I ordered another another one which again was fault. I have been 6 weeks ans still no one has collected it. The service is not was it used to be. It is over priced and the customer service awful. I am going to close my account after being with kays for over 20 years. I would never recommend kays to another person. Steer clear from this company.
