“good price and service”

I noticed a very heavily discounted frame at this retailer, did a bit of research and found there had been problems and a recall. I sent them an enquiry looking for reassurances about whether these had been addressed, warranty and sizing. The reply was prompt and comprehensive, I then ordered the frame and received it in two days. Will use again and recommend
