Customer service when returning electrical items

General Comments
I needed to return an electrical item that I have had over 28 days, I phoned the catalogue. They gave me a helpline no. The helpline logged the fault and said the catalogue will phone me back, when they did they organised an engineer, the report then took days to get back to them, and then they took ages to get back to me. In my opinion, not worth the hassle.
