Bad Points
I rang up and said my payment would be late and got told I wouldn't get charged as id told them. I still did and also goods run out quick and you have to wait ages for restock..

General Comments
Average overall I would say and I have heard good and bad on all catalogues. kays is a good catalogue with good choice, good prices and flexible payment. Quick delivery for me therefore I well recommend this catalogue.
