“Hassle free experience”

Drove to The Car People at Manchester on Monday 29th December - really cold and foggy day. Idea was to look and assess, but ended up buying a Qashquai. Sales person was excellent, not aggressive,over powering or too pushy. He showed us where the range of vehicles were, took us through each model, gave us time to have a good look at each one, opened up different models so we could see the differences and then let us test drive the car. We have been to other showrooms where the salesperson is so pushy and cocky that my wife and I have walked out but this was such a pleasant experience that within the hour we had decided to buy the model . On returning to the showroom he explained all of the purchase options available over different time periods, additional upgrades available in terms of warranty etc. again without any sales pressure applied and took us through all of the paperwork in a very professional manner.
Likewise on returning on the 31st for the hand over ,a pre-arranged appointment, all of the extra's had been carried out , the handover was very detailed and the functions within the car were well explained. The paperwork was completed and I drove away within the hour.
Excellent customer service throughout - WELL DONE
