My experience with this company has been atrocious.
Firstly, I was unable to place an order online, it asked me to try again which I did. This failed so I called them to place the order over the phone and explain what had happened. Despite all the reassurances of the customer services representative the order went through twice. Not only that but I was charged twice too. So £300 off my credit card and now I want to return the items. Arranging the courier was impossible. On at least 4 occasions they went to the billing address rather than the delivery address. And the remaining 6 occasions they just didn't show up. Finally it turned out that the courier in the area had broken his handheld device and was working from a printed bit of paper. I have waited home for two full days for these couriers as they are unable to even specific morning or evening. Finally NEXT sent parcel force. So far on my account only 3 items are showing as returned. Parcel force didn't give me any proof of collection so I have no idea if I'll ever get my money back. To add insult to injury they even charge for collections which is unheard of with big companies these days. Especially considering the inconvenience of having to wait home all day for a courier.
Please proceed with caution when using this company. Much safer to just go to the store.
