“After Sales Service”

I bought a Ford Focus 2.0L Titanium, 2 years old, 4500 miles for £12600. I found a problem with the steering wheel control button of the Trip Control Computer. I took the car to my local Ford Main Dealer, who on examination, diagnosed the problem. I then went back to FOW who with out quibble, authorized the Main Dealer to carry out all work on the car. I got the fixed car back today. and FOW even paid for the courtesy car, whilst the Focus was being fixed. Fantastic After Sales Service!
