“I would give a "zero" star if I could. ”

You may want to try another company if you want to guarantee the person you are gifting receives what you have ordered. A reputable company investigates the situation and makes certain all customers (those ordering the service/goods and those to receive the services or goods) are satisfied. I never received the flowers ordered for me. From You Flowers' customer service representatives (they claim it's a privacy issue) won't tell you the local florist who is responsible for botched handling of their orders. So, there is no accountability. The company needs to make some adjustments. My bad experience could have been easily remedied if From You Flowers had a customer service department that was truly a customer service department. Full of apologies and no solutions!
