Ordered goods just before christmas. Still waiting and Customer Services can give me no clue as when the goods will be dispatched or even if the goods are in stock. No apologies, no pro-activeness, just comment that I will get an email when the goods are dispatched.

I will never use TJ Hughes again and advise my friends and family not to do so neither!
